The TLC Team
We are comprised of dedicated individuals with a variety of cultural and educational backgrounds, and life experiences. With our collective knowledge and extensive experiences working with adults with acquired brain injuries, we are able to enhance the participant’s rehabilitation program.
TLC brings together a great group of Case Managers, Social Workers, Primary Workers, Personal Care Attendants, Rehabilitation Aides & Specialists, and Community Reintegration Workers, all with the common goal of helping our participants acheive their rehabilitative goals and work towards independant community living.
Our neurorehabilation program also utilizes the services of a number of best health-care professionals in the community, including Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech/Language Pathologist, Nurse Practitioners, Neuropsychologists, Counsellors and Dieticians. In addition, TLC provides its participants with comprehensive on-call medical care by Dr. Derrek Jensen and his team of physicians.
